Shipping

All Shipping Method is calculated after the order has been processed. Shipping amount is based on the type of shipping service selected, weight, dimension and distance the item has to travel. 

All prices are based on prices provided by UPS.com

Need to return your purchase?  

NOTE:

1. You must request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number within 5 days of receipt before making a return: To request an RMA number simply email us at polysupport@polyusa.com or call us at 213-746-0234 and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email: (1) Which item you would like to return. (2) Why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the copy of your packing slip.

2. For COD ORDERS: any returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or delivery refusal, or no funds availability, the receiver will be charge for the shipping cost and return shipping cost, and 20% restocking fee.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. To cancel your order, please simply reply to the order confirmation email with [CANCEL ORDER] in the subject line or call us at 213-746-0234.
